Step 1: Discovery Call
The process starts with a discovery call whether you need brand photography, short-form video, or social media management.
This is an opportunity for us to connect on a deeper level. I want to understand you, your business, and what matters most to you so I can provide the support that truly fits your unique needs.
Brand Shoots
Step 2: Book
You can secure your shoot date with a 60% deposit and signed contract.
Step 3: Prep
For brand shoots, we’ll talk details and then I’ll get to work with the planning. This looks different depending on every brand’s needs but this can include location scouting, wardrobe help, or assistance with prop sourcing. I also do the work to come up with a timeline for the shoot and a shot list that ensures we capture everything we need.
Step 4: Shoot
This is my favorite day as all the prep work comes together. I aim for a fun and stress-free environment that puts you at ease yet provides you with the confidence that we are creating some really wonderful content for your brand.
Step 5: Deliver
You can expect your images and videos within 3 weeks of the shoot (unless there is a timeline otherwise agreed on). From here, you get to confidently showcase your brand. And guess what? I even provide Social Media Management services to help in this area!
Social Media Management
Step 2: Book
A signed contract and first month’s fee is due to officially get started.
Step 3: Onboarding
Each of my SMM clients receive a personalized onboarding page that walks through simple steps to getting started. You’ll answer a quick questionnaire to provide me with some important information and we’ll get you all set up on the program I use to plan and schedule content.
Step 4: Schedule
I will get started brainstorming ideas planning, content, and drafting posts for approval. You will give input and approve posts. From there, I will schedule on your social channels.
Step 5: Sit Back & Relax
You can sit back and relax knowing that your social channels are in good hands! Once a month, I will send reports showing how your channels are performing. We will also have occasional meetings to discuss strategy and how to improve!
